Curso de investigación en la Universidad del Zulia

Especial. Investigadores, tutores, docentes en investigación, asesores metodológicos y autoridades del Postgrado de Ingeniería y de la Universidad del Zulia, en Maracaibo, fueron convocados al curso Aspectos nucleares de los proyectos de investigación en postgrado. La actividad, coordinada por la profesora Jacqueline Hurtado de Barrera, investigadora y autora de libros sobre investigación, ciencia y metodología, entre otros, versa sobre criterios a ser tenidos en cuenta en la actividad científica que permitan armonizar el trabajo de los involucrados en un proyecto de investigación, como son el tutor, el investigador, el asesor y las autoridades científicas.

Entre tantos contenidos, este curso trata acerca de las acepciones de investigación, la comprensión sintagmática de la ciencia, la introducción a los tipos de investigación. Además, aborda los métodos actuales de la investigación, efectúa la introducción al estudio de los diseños metodológicos. También trabaja las relaciones entre los tipos de investigación y las técnicas de análisis. Y en general atiende dilemas, exigencias y requerimientos esenciales de toda investigación, venidos de la práctica de docentes, tutores, asesores e investigadores...

La actividad es apta para toda persona interesada en la investigación, en la ciencia, en el conocimiento, desde la comprensión holista, sintagmática, actualizada, en consonancia con las tendencias actuales que tienden a superar el reduccionismo metodológico, por un lado, y las falsas binariedades entre lo cualitativo y lo cuantitativo, por el otro. Todo, en aras de propiciar la comprensión del ejercicio científico como un acto único, complejo, dinámico, progresivo, hacia el cual el investigador tiende en aras de producir conocimiento nuevo.
