El Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores está dirigido a profesionales vinculados a cualquier vertiente del saber, de las disciplinas y del conocimiento, interesados en la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología, como proceso formativo y como actividad certificada. A su vez, está destinado a toda persona interesada en las aplicaciones que desde la Inteligencia artificial se proponen a favor de la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología.

El Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores se recomienda para investigadores, asesores, tutores, instructores, analistas, metodólogos, directores de investigación, autoridades académicas y científicas, consultores en ciencia, investigación y metodología. A todo profesional vinculado a las ciencias físicas, naturales, humanas, sociales, conceptuales y tecnológicas interesado en la información, el conocimiento y el desarrollo de destrezas científicas.

El Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores provee orientación para la actividad en el campo científico, particularmente para el desarrollo de investigaciones, el ejercicio de consultoría y la orientación científica y metodológica en general. El conocimiento que este programa provee es útil para cualquier disciplina y área del conocimiento. Además, contempla orientación en aspectos filosóficos y epistemológicos de importancia, busca promover la cultura de la investigación y la formación en gestión del conocimiento.

Estructura del programa

El Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores está estructurado en cuatro niveles: Profesional, Avanzado, Experto y Emérito. Cada uno contempla 11 módulos de 60 horas cada uno, más un módulo de asesoría y tutoría científica. Cada nivel cuenta con un aproximado de 700 horas. En cada uno de los módulos se realizan sesiones on line, actividades sugeridas y otras complementarias. Al final de cada nivel se entrega un trabajo especial para efectos del aprendizaje, de la novedad intelectual del autor y para propósitos evaluativos.

El interesado en el Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores puede cursar solamente el primer nivel del Programa o proseguir con los siguientes niveles. Todos los niveles están destinados a profundizar en torno a aspectos de extraordinaria importancia en la actividad profesional, así como también en el estudio y orientación de los procesos de la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología. En cada nivel se entrega certificado, mediante el cual se da cuenta de información esencial del nivel y del programa, para efectos formales y profesionales.

Es finalidad del Programa internacional para la certificación de investigadores potenciar formalmente el conocimiento con base en una secuencia rigurosa inscrita en las tendencias novedosas de la ciencia, la investigación y la metodología, con perspectiva integral, sintagmática y holista. También, se incluyen aplicaciones y desarrollos de inteligencia artificial destinadas a potenciar la actividad del investigador.

Ciea-Sypal es una institución registrada legalmente en 1999 en la ciudad de Caracas -2014 en Bogotá-, dedicada durante más de 20 años a elaborar propuestas e iniciativas de orientación, tutoría, asesoría y consultoría en ciencia, investigación y metodología. Ciea-Sypal se ha especializado en el diseño y ejecución de actividades complementarias para investigadores, asesores, tutores, directores de investigación de instancias científicas y académicas y de todo profesional interesado en la formación científica.
