Especial. El miércoles 15 de julio se llevó a cabo la primera Jornada de reflexión sobre Educación, filosofía e investigación, en la población de El Tigre, estado Anzoátegui. El evento contó con la asistencia de estudiantes y profesores de pre y postgrado de programas en educación, ciencia y afines de esta región venezolana. Tuvo como objetivo sensibilizar en torno a la importancia de la formación continua y la actividad científica, intelectual y filosófica, en toda profesión y oficio. Las líneas temáticas desarrolladas fueron educación, investigación y filosofía.

La actividad se realizó, además, en el marco del programa para la formación científica de investigadores y tutores que se realiza en el oriente del país, con la convocatoria del Instituto Universitario Pedagógico Monseñor Arias Blanco, Upel-Iupma, y el Centro Internacional de Estudios Avanzados, Ciea-Sypal.

La conferencia inaugural estuvo a cargo del profesor Marcos Fidel Barrera Morales, y versó cobre cultura de la investigación y formación filosófica. Le siguieron dos conferencias en la mañana: Tipos de investigación, a cargo de la profesora Marlene Bravo, y Tendencias educativas, con el profesor Sandy Tucci. En la tarde se desarrollaron dos conferencias más: Investigación y formación en valores, con la profesora Luisa Guerra, y Etica en educación e investigación, a cargo de la profesora Arelys Villasana.

El evento -cumplido en el auditorio de la Cámara de Comercio de El Tigre- se realizó con total éxito, dado el interés de los asistentes, la importancia de los temas, el aporte de los ponentes y las intervenciones de los asistentes que plenaron el recinto.

Los organizadores prevén convocar otro evento para noviembre del presente año.
